Registration for the Strategic Planning Meeting of FYEG is now open. The meeting will take place from 21 to 24 February 2016 in Brussels, Belgium.
The registration is only open for official representatives of member organisations, candidate member organisations and observer organisations of FYEG. If you are unsure about your organisation's membership status, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
FYEG will cover travel, accommodation (21-24 Feb) and food expenses of one representative per organisation, delegated by the organisation in question.
Delegates are expected to arrive before 15:00 on 21 February and leave after 13:00 on 24 February. In case this is a problem for you, please contact email@example.com.
Please do not buy any tickets before getting confirmation from FYEG Office. All registered delegates will get a list of indicative reimbursement limits, and travel expenses that go beyond those limits might not be reimbursed. If you need help finding affordable tickets, don't hesitate to contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Deadline for registering your delegate is Thursday 28 January at midnight CET.
