La saison de l&rsquo;ail des ours se termine \u00e0 peine et voil\u00e0 que les fleurs de sureau sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 pr\u00eates.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A l&rsquo;occasion d&rsquo;une jolie petite promenade en campagne, <b>cueillez des ombelles de sureau<\/b>. Choisissez-les bien ouvertes mais encore blanches. V\u00e9rifiez d\u00e9j\u00e0 de ne pas cueillir celles qui sont infest\u00e9es de pucerons, \u00e7a facilitera la suite des op\u00e9rations. De retour chez vous, <b>secouez les ombelles<\/b> afin d&rsquo;en d\u00e9loger tous les petits insectes. Nous ne sommes de loin pas les seuls \u00e0 appr\u00e9cier ces fleurs ! Il faut ensuite <b>pr\u00e9lever les fleurs<\/b> du bout des doigts. A chacun sa technique pour garder le moins possible de petites tiges vertes qui ne donnent pas tr\u00e8s bon go\u00fbt. C&rsquo;est l&rsquo;\u00e9tape la plus fastidieuse, mais courage, \u00e7a en vaut largement la peine !<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #99cc00;\">Pour 4 litres de sirop environ, il faut :<\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #808000; text-decoration: underline;\"><br style=\"padding-left: 30px;\" \/><\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">12 \u00e0 15 ombelles de sureau, suivant leur grandeur<\/li>\n<li style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">2 litres d&rsquo;eau<\/li>\n<li style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">le jus de 2 citrons<\/li>\n<li style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">2 kilos de sucre (de canne pour moi, comme d&rsquo;habitude !)<\/li>\n<li style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">40 grammes d&rsquo;acide citrique (se trouve facilement en pharmacie)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>R\u00e9unir les fleurs de sureau<\/strong> dans un grand r\u00e9cipient et <strong>verser l&rsquo;eau bouillante par dessus<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ajouter le jus de deux <strong>citrons<\/strong> et <strong>couvrir<\/strong>. Laisser mac\u00e9rer cette pr\u00e9paration pour <strong>2 \u00e0 4 jours<\/strong> \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante, en remuant de temps en temps.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bien <strong>filtrer<\/strong> et rajouter le <strong>sucre<\/strong>. <strong>Chauffer<\/strong> en remuant pour bien dissoudre le sucre. Lorsque le liquide arrive \u00e0 \u00e9bullition, \u00e9teindre le feu et ajouter l&rsquo;<strong>acide citrique<\/strong>. Bien m\u00e9langer puis <strong>verser le sirop dans des bouteilles<\/strong> pr\u00e9alablement lav\u00e9es (voire st\u00e9rilis\u00e9es) et chauff\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Fermer<\/strong> imm\u00e9diatement et laisser refroidir.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Conserver le sirop \u00e0 la cave et une fois la bouteille ouverte, au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>NB: Le sucre de canne donne une jolie couleur ambr\u00e9e au sirop.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vous pouvez l&rsquo;utiliser pour aromatiser des desserts, mais c&rsquo;est \u00e9galement d\u00e9licieux avec de la bi\u00e8re blanche, de l&rsquo;eau plate ou gazeuse ou du vin blanc.<\/p>\n<p>Source :<strong> <a title=\"Le site de cuisine qui ne se prend pas le chou - depuis 2005\" href=\"http:\/\/miam.over-blog.net\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Dans la cuisine des frangines !<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La nature est dr\u00f4lement bien faite.
